I wonder how this story will look in hind sight?

April 2006 has been a very disturbing month for our circle of friends. I'll try to list everything here, but I'm not sure if I'll remember it all! Anyway, you'll get the point. Hopefully, this will be a month to look back on and it will all make sense!

Greg hurt his back at the end of the first game of his tornament in Toronto
Wendy's granddad was in the hospital in critical condition (but is now home)
Frank's truck engine went again on the way to Halifax
Jana moved back to NB
TJ & Kelly cancelled the wedding and called it quits
Clara's friend Marion is in the hospital again
Greg & Wendy's car was stolen from Greg's work (see attached news clipping)
Found out Scott Hupman is moving to New Minas in May...
Greg hurt his nuckles at hockey again...

I hope May is better!

First Sleepover at Val & Bill's

Friday night, April 7, 2006 - Alex in his new sleeping bag with his new Mickey Mouse pillow and Marina quietly sucking her thumb in her playpen.... sigh, what a beautiful sight! Wendy and Val enjoyed a fun evening in the craftroom while Alex and Marina slept quietly nearby. I think Wendy might be hooked on a new hobby - book making! Even though 6am came too early, we sure enjoyed this special time together... we'll have to plan for another sleepover again soon!
Hugs,
Val & Bill

Trick-or-treat

My little prince.
I was in the hospital doing the whole birth thing, so I asked for lots of pictures of Alex's first real Halloween.
This is all I got.
He had so much fun though, all he could say when they called me that night was "I love you mummy, I Went Trick-or-Treating!

Alexanders first time in the pool was at his friend Peytons fourth birthday party. He was nervous at first, but had a blast (as you can see) once he got used to it. He is now enrolled is swimming lessons.

For our family and friends who are too far away to watch Alexander and Marina grow, hopefully this will help you feel closer. I will update this album as often as I can; two babies leave me with very little spare time.

In this picture Alexander is 2 1/2 and Marina is 4 days. It was taken Nov 3 -05.
